Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Pittsburgh, PA to lead transportation projects for public agencies. The role emphasizes technical leadership, mentoring, and driving growth of the highway practice.

You will oversee roadway design, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to proposals and business development while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 12+ years of experience in highway engineering and transportation design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design and delivery of transportation projects for public agencies.
• Develop roadway geometrics, models, cross sections, traffic control plans, and right-of-way plans.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects and pursue new opportunities.
• Coordinate activities to ensure high-quality deliverables on schedule and within budget.
• Assist with specifications, cost estimates, reports, and engineering documentation.
• Contribute to proposals including technical approaches and pricing strategies.
• Support client relationships, business development, and industry engagement.
