Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania.
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
12+ years of experience in highway engineering and transportation design.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the design and delivery of transportation projects for public agencies.
Develop roadway geometrics, models, cross sections, traffic plans, and ROW plans.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to win work.
Coordinate activities to meet schedule and budget.
Assist with specifications, cost estimates, reports, and docs.
Contribute to proposals and business development initiatives.
