Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Highway Project Manager to lead highway infrastructure projects from pursuit through delivery. The role supports multiple offices with remote work, and on-site duties may be required near listed CHA offices.

You will oversee planning, design, and construction activities, manage client relationships, budgets, and schedules, and drive program success across multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic transportation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 9+ years of industry experience, including 6+ years in project management.
• Experience managing client relationships and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with CTDOT is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals, define scopes, schedules, and budgets with multidisciplinary teams.
• Serve as primary client partner and manage expectations through planning to completion.
• Develop WBS and coordinate across highway, rail, traffic, structural, and environmental disciplines.
• Manage schedules, approvals, agency coordination, and quality control.
