Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Highway Project Manager to lead highway infrastructure projects from planning through delivery, working with clients and technical specialists in Hartford, CT; Boston, MA; Burlington, MA; or Providence, RI.

This role offers fully remote capabilities with occasional on-site requirements near CHA offices. You will manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications while driving project success and pursuing new opportunities within CHA's Highway

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 9+ years in the industry with 6+ years of PM experience.
• CTDOT experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple projects.
• PM certifications preferred (PMP, PE).

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and establish project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary client partner, building trusted relationships.
• Develop WBS and coordinate across highway, rail, traffic, structural and environmental disciplines.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, approvals, and agency coordination.
• Oversee project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue and cash flow.
• Lead contract administration, consultant coordination, and project documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Support marketing efforts and growth of CHA's Highway & Rail portfolio.
