  • Manage project schedules, deliverables, approvals, agency coordination, and quality control processes to support successful project execution
  • Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, and resource management
  • Lead contract administration, consultant coordination, and project documentation throughout all phases of delivery
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide timely progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support marketing efforts, help identify new opportunities, and contribute to the growth of CHA’s Highway & Rail portfolio

  • Experience with CTDOT required
  • Proven experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents required
  • Experience managing project accounting processes—including forecasting, budgeting, revenue, and cash flow—required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required; knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Vantagepoint preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills with the ability to adapt style for various audiences
  • Ability to travel as needed required
  • PMP certification, PE (Professional Engineer) or equivalent professional license preferred
  • Consulting industry experience highly preferred
Why You'll Love It Here:
  • Lead transformative transportation projects that improve safety, mobility, and connectivity for communities across the region
