Qualifications

• Five years of highway construction experience, or significant relevant work.
• At least two years in a role guiding less senior crew members.

• Lead foremen and crews on highway projects.
• Develop and implement production tracking or QC systems.
• Prepare reports such as timesheets and per diem requests.
