E-Z Bel Construction, LLC is seeking a Signals Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for traffic signal, ITS, illumination, and related civil construction projects in the Austin area. You will translate plans into executable work, drive schedule adherence, and ensure compliance with project standards.

The role requires supervising Foremen and multiple crews, coordinating with survey and project management, and enforcing QA/QC and safety protocols across active worksites.

Formación

• 7–10+ years of progressive traffic signal or related electrical/civil construction field experience.
• Experience as Superintendent or senior Foreman in traffic signal/ITS environments preferred.
• Knowledge of TxDOT, COSA, COA, NEC, MUTCD, project specs, and QA/QC requirements.
• OSHA 30 preferred; IMSA certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily construction activities for traffic signal, ITS, illumination, and related civil work.
• Interpret and enforce plans, wiring diagrams, and cabinet drawings.
• Plan work sequences including utility locating, trenching, drilling, and foundations.
• Lead safety with daily huddles and enforce site safety standards.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, energization, and final acceptance with inspectors and clients.
