Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in high-voltage transformer or breaker design, testing, or maintenance.
• Understanding of chemical and electrical tests and ability to assess condition based on test results.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, creative problem solving, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject‑matter expertise for GSU, Unit Auxiliary, Station Service, Reserve, and other high-voltage transformers.
• Oversee testing processes to meet Vistra standards and procedures.
• Mentor and support less experienced plant engineers on high-voltage equipment maintenance and technical support.
