Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. is seeking a Circuit Breaker Technician for our Dallas, TX Breaker Shop. You will work on low-, medium-, and high-voltage breakers, performing rebuilds, testing, and diagnostics in a climate-controlled environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of high-voltage breaker experience or 5+ years in a mechanical role, with strong testing skills and schematic literacy. Safety and teamwork are core to daily activities at IPS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; electro-mechanical training preferred.
• 2+ years 480V to 25kV circuit breaker experience or 5+ years mechanical experience.
• Testing skills and ability to read schematics preferred.
• Experience with OEM breaker manufacturers is a plus.
• PEARL certification or equivalent desired.

Responsibilities

• Work on low-, medium-, and high-voltage circuit breakers and related switchgear.
• Troubleshoot, rebuild, retrofit, and test breakers and switchgear.
• Perform certified testing and document results prior to shipping.
• Travel to job sites for on-site breaker testing when required.
• Maintain safety and clean, organized work area per procedures.
