Job summary
Actalent in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Reliability Engineer to establish and execute reliability strategies for power electronics, industrial drives, motor controls, regenerative power conversion systems, battery test equipment, and EV powertrain test systems. You will design accelerated tests, monitor lab work, and translate data into design recommendations.

Qualifications
- BS/MS in EE or related with emphasis on reliability/statistics.
- 5+ years reliability engineering for electronics or power electronics.
- Experience designing reliability test plans and applying statistics.
- Knowledge of high power/high voltage electronics and failure mechanisms.
Responsibilities
- Develop reliability requirements, plans, tests, and acceptance criteria.
- Design accelerated life, environmental, and power cycling programs.
- Oversee testing in-house and via third-party labs with technical oversight.
- Perform reliability predictions and life data analyses.
- Coordinate failure analysis, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.
