Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Validation Technician Power Electronics in Milwaukee, WI to perform hands-on testing, data collection, and documentation for certification and product development. You will execute validation plans, environmental and reliability tests, and assist with fixture setup and safety compliance.

The role requires an associate degree in a related field and 2+ years in electrical lab testing, with experience in high-voltage systems, power electronics, and data acquisition.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical lab testing.
Experience with high-voltage and three-phase systems is required.

Responsibilities

Execute validation and qualification test plans on power electronic products.
Perform regulatory compliance testing and support certification efforts.
Configure and troubleshoot test setups for electrical, thermal, and environmental testing.
Prepare and document test results for engineering and certification stakeholders.
Support calibration, maintenance, and safety of laboratory equipment.
