Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
• 5–8+ years in connector/cable design and development.
• Experience designing card edge, memory, or power connectors.
• Familiar with PCIe, DDR, OCP, JEDEC, SFF standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead connector development projects from concept to qualification.
• Design high-speed and power connectors and cable assemblies.
• Collaborate with global customers and cross-functional teams.
• Apply server/storage architectures and industry standards.
• Develop prototypes and oversee testing and qualification.
• Provide cost analysis and support manufacturing decisions.
• Support sales with technical training and presentations.
• Partner with Manufacturing to improve cost and quality.
