ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a high-rise property in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on skilled maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance work, plus turnover and preventative maintenance while ensuring safety and quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Handy turnover maintenance for apartments within 3–5 business days with turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, windows cleaning.
• Monitor exterior building for roof, siding, shutters issues; assist preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure safe condition of equipment/structures and document any issues.
• Maintain inventory by recording new tools/equipment; keep work area clean and orderly.
• Adhere to safety rules and participate in on-call schedule.
