Job summary

ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support residents and work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs, complete turnover tasks, and help maintain a safe, well-kept property.

This full-time, on-site role offers growth toward a Maintenance Supervisor and comprehensive benefits including health coverage, a strong 401k plan, housing discounts, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred.
• If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Carry out turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintenance of common areas: cleaning, trash removal, light repairs and general upkeep.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program and ensure safe condition of equipment/structures.
• Record newly purchased tools/equipment in inventory and keep work area clean and orderly.
