Job summary

Rogers-O'Brien Construction in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide on-site direction for complex, ground-up projects. You will guide scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead project teams, develop client relationships, assemble RFQs/RFPs, and drive successful project closeouts, aiming to exceed customer expectations and sustain the company's industry reputation.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of ground-up commercial construction experience in Sports Facilities, Stadiums, Golf Courses or Fitness Centers
• Experience with Primavera and Procore is preferred
• Experience with BIM, laser scanning, digital plan rooms
• Preconstruction leadership on potential or negotiated projects
• Degree in Construction Science or Engineering preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site direction for all construction aspects to ensure project success and compliance with standards
• Manage project costs to complete projects within budget and optimize profitability
• Develop and implement project schedules in critical path steps to ensure timely completion
• Lead project teams to ensure satisfaction and optimal performance towards project goals
• Oversee safety monitoring to guarantee a safe work environment
• Facilitate project closeout processes, incorporating lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Engage in strategic planning to align projects with company vision and market reputation
