Job summary

World Insurance Associates seeks a Senior Family Risk Specialist to build relationships, generate new business, and close high-net-worth personal lines opportunities through consultative selling.

You will conduct in-depth discovery, design customized risk programs, and mentor Tier 1 specialists while coordinating with carriers, underwriters, and internal partners to protect client assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal lines production or risk advisory experience.
• Proven success closing complex personal lines for High-Net-Worth households.
• Advanced knowledge of excess and umbrella liability, and multi-carrier structuring.
• Strong analytical, relationship-management, communication, negotiation, and consultative selling capabilities.
• Ability to coach others and provide credible guidance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new Personal Lines and High-Net-Worth business opportunities through consultative selling and pipeline management.
• Conduct in-depth discovery to assess household exposures, existing coverage, asset-protection needs, and opportunities for comprehensive insurance solutions.
• Exercise independent judgment to evaluate complex risks, identify coverage gaps, prioritize opportunities, and recommend appropriate insurance strategies.
• Design and present customized personal insurance programs, including excess liability, specialty property, valuable articles, flood, and multi-carrier solutions as appropriate.
• Advise clients on coverage options, tradeoffs, limitations, and recommended actions as their assets, exposures, and household needs evolve.
• Coordinate with carrier, underwriting, and internal partners while independently determining which solutions best align with client needs and risk profile.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage client, opportunity, and pipeline activity in HubSpot.
• Provide subject-matter guidance to Tier 1 specialists and help triage complex opportunities requiring advanced analysis or senior-level advisory support.
• Operate with limited day-to-day direction while complying with agency standards, carrier requirements, licensing obligations, and applicable regulations.
