Qualifications

• Proven experience advising clients on personal lines insurance for high-net-worth individuals.
• Ability to act as trusted risk management advisor and long-term relationship partner.
• Willingness to bring World platform to clients, collaborating with internal specialists.
• Active and maintained insurance licenses from day one of employment, enabling book management.
• Experience selling personal insurance through top brokerages or private client groups (desired).
• Experience building and presenting client proposals or coverage presentations (desired).

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new personal lines opportunities with a focus on high-net-worth accounts.
• Develop relationships with affluent individuals, families, wealth managers, and referral partners.
• Serve as trusted advisor by understanding clients' assets and long-term goals, aligning with risk solutions.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies using World resources to move prospects to close.
• Track sales activity in HubSpot and leverage CRM to drive growth.
• Deliver comprehensive solutions including personal lines, high-net-worth services, and access to benefits.
