Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal lines production or advisory experience.
• Experience with High-Net-Worth or coverage‑intensive households.
• Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
• Ability to coach others on risk assessment.
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close Personal Lines and High-Net-Worth business.
• Conduct in-depth discovery of exposures and coverage needs.
• Evaluate risks and propose protection strategies.
• Present customized programs including excess liability and multi-carrier solutions.
• Advise clients on options and actions as needs evolve.
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters.
• Maintain documentation in CRM systems (HubSpot).
• Provide guidance to Tier 1 specialists.
• Operate with autonomy while meeting regulatory and licensing standards.
