Job summary

BerryDunn is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Medicaid Practice Group. You will lead projects for state Medicaid agencies, applying your Medicaid program and policy knowledge, project management skills, and leadership to improve health coverage and outcomes. The role may be remote or based in one of our offices.

Travel up to 50% is expected. You will mentor junior staff and partner with senior management to deliver client deliverables, including policy recommendations, state plan

Qualifications

• 7 years relevant professional experience in state or federal government, healthcare, and/or consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with a State Medicaid agency or direct Medicaid consulting.
• Experience with Medicaid policy development, interpretation of federal laws and regulations, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, subject matter knowledge, and leadership for Medicaid projects.
• Develop client deliverables such as program and policy recommendations and data strategy plans.
• Oversee junior staff and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
