Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Political Science, Computer Science or similar.
• 7–10+ years of experience with local government or utility agencies in leadership roles, including budgeting, staffing, service delivery, and related systems.
• Knowledge of project management, QA/QC, and proactive problem-solving in projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support client service delivery to ensure on-time, on-scope, within-budget work.
• Document and support client decisions within governance structures.
• Coordinate internal and client team assignments per the project plan.
• Share project updates with clients and stakeholders, including client meetings.
• Contribute to marketing and business development, including RFPs and proposal support.
