Abbott in Lake Forest, IL is seeking a Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Lead within the VAO organization. The role focuses on developing global HEOR strategies, generating robust economic and outcomes evidence, and guiding reimbursement decisions across markets for infectious disease diagnostics.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in health economics or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of HEOR, market access, or health policy experience with a master’s degree.
- Proven leadership in designing and publishing HEOR/RWE studies and economic models.
Responsibilities
- Lead global HEOR strategies across pipeline and on‑market diagnostic products.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align evidence strategy with product objectives.
- Oversee HEOR evidence generation including RWE studies and health economic modeling.
- Lead publications and dissemination of HEOR findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage external stakeholders to inform evidence strategies and reimbursement decisions.
