Job summary

Stratevi in Boston, MA, is seeking a Senior Research Associate to join our HEOR team. You will work across RWE and Health Economics, supporting surveys and data analyses, and contributing to model development and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has an advanced degree in life sciences or related field, strong skills in R, Python, SAS, STATA, and Excel/VBA, and a passion for AI-enabled insights. We offer a collaborative, high-growth environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Advanced degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, economics, data science, statistics, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years consulting experience in life sciences is acceptable.
Experience or interest in HEOR/RWE is preferred.
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Support primary and secondary research activities in RWE and HEOR.
Draft research and statistical analysis plans and assist with questionnaire development.
Conduct data analytics on administrative claims, EHR, hospital billing or survey data.
Draft model plans, program models, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Prepare sections of proposals and technical reports; contribute to medical writing.
