Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Research Scientist on the RWE team to lead real-world evidence studies in the pharmaceutical and biotech space. You will prepare and perform analyses, develop protocols and analysis plans, and design RWE studies, communicating results to clients and internal stakeholders.

Fully remote position with opportunities to collaborate across cross-functional teams, strong methodological focus, and growth in HEOR space.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health services research or related field.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, or SAS.
• 0–2 years of relevant research experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform analyses of primary and secondary data.
• Develop protocols and analysis plans for RWE studies.
• Design RWE studies and communicate results internally and externally.
