Precision Medicine Group, a leader in Real-World Evidence (RWE), is hiring an Associate Research Scientist for its RWE team (Precision AQ). This fully remote role focuses on conducting real-world studies in HEOR, preparing analyses, designing studies, and communicating results to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications include a Master’s in health services research or related field, proficiency in R/Python/SQL/SAS, and 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health services research or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: R, Python, SQL, or SAS.
• 0–2 years of relevant research experience, including undergraduate or graduate work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform analyses of primary and secondary data; develop protocols and analysis plans.
• Design real-world evidence studies and communicate results internally and externally.
• Serve as analytics expert on cross-functional project teams.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to guide study direction.
