Analysis Group in Boston is seeking an Associate to advance analysis across HEOR, epidemiology, and market access. You will work on real-world data, design studies, and contribute to client deliverables in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

You will conduct quantitative analyses, support regulatory submissions, and help develop value dossiers using SAS, Stata, and R. The role emphasizes rigorous methods, concise communication, and contributing to thought leadership.

Qualificações

• A graduate degree with a focus on biostatistics, environmental health, epidemiology, health economics, health policy, mathematics, public health, statistics, or related quantitative fields.
• Ph.D. (preferred) or MPH/MS with at least 4 years of experience applying quantitative methods to real-world healthcare research.
• Strong quantitative and research skills with expertise in health economics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or statistics; familiarity with AI tools.
• Ability to take ownership of complex analytical problems and drive research questions to resolution in healthcare or policy contexts.
• Proficiency in SAS, Stata, or R; experience with real-world data sources (claims, EHRs, registries, trials).
• Passion for using data to inform strategic decisions across the life sciences product lifecycle.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messages for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong academic record and organizational skills; commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Interpersonal skills and an inclusive, growth-oriented mindset for a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsabilidades

• Quantitative analyses and modeling to support health economic evaluations and market access.
• Data analytics using real-world healthcare data (claims, EHRs, registries).
• Qualitative data collection through surveys and interviews to capture patient/provider insights.
• Evidence synthesis and literature reviews to contextualize findings.
• Strategic communication and presentation of results to clients and stakeholders.
• Publication and thought leadership through conferences and peer‑reviewed work.
• Regulatory support for submissions across global markets with evidence-based analyses.
• Business development, proposal preparation, and client pitches to grow the firm’s portfolio.
• Team collaboration across offices and mentoring of junior staff.
• Firm-building activities including recruiting, mentoring, and pro bono work.
