Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is expanding its hematology sales team in the Columbus to Toledo region. The Account Manager will promote hematology products to physicians and healthcare professionals, train staff, and ensure compliant, effective use of BeOne products.

The role requires 8+ years of pharma sales experience with hematology exposure, strong self-starting skills, and deep familiarity with reimbursement and managed care processes. Travel and weekend engagements are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical sales & sales management with hematology experience.
• Experience in specialty sales including reimbursement, managed care, hospital markets, and Medicare Part D.
• Self-starter, independent, and dedicated to customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proven track record of use.

Responsibilities

• Promotes BeOne Hematology products through calls on targeted physicians in the territory.
• Trains and educates physician support staff on product use and handling.
• Maintains communication with BeOne’s Market Access Team and coordinates activities.
• Completes product knowledge coursework and LMS/Compliance Wire assignments.
