BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks an experienced Hematology Account Manager to cover the Columbus to Toledo market, promoting BeOne Hematology products to physicians, pharmacists and healthcare professionals.

You will educate staff, manage territory activities, and ensure compliant, outcomes-focused engagement with providers. Reporting to the Division Sales Manager, the role involves training, KPI analysis, cross-team collaboration, travel up to 25%, and participation in incentive plans.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. with pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical sales & sales management, hematology experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement, distribution and managed care processes.
• Self-starting, independent work style with results focus.
• Experience with national/corporate accounts and multiple care sites.

Responsibilities

• Promotes BeOne Hematology products to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Trains and educates physician support staff on product use and handling.
• Ensures accurate call reporting and manages expenses timely.
• Coordinates with Market Access and Sales teams on programs and opportunities.
• Identifies changes and allocates resources to meet customer needs.
• Maintains compliance with BeOne policies and drug regulations.
