We’re seeking a highly driven and operationally skilled Multi-Unit Operator to oversee multiple home services locations or territories.

This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing P&L performance, developing team leaders, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service across all units.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record in service-based industries (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, etc.) and know how to scale performance in a people‑first business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across (X) home service locations or territories
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage General Managers, Territory Leads, or Service Managers
• Drive performance to meet/exceed revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals
• Ensure consistency in service quality, safety, and operational standards
• Analyze KPIs, operational reports, and P&Ls to guide decisions and improve outcomes
• Implement systems and processes that support scalable growth and operational efficiency
• Partner with corporate leadership on marketing, staffing, and strategic planning
• Lead by example to promote a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance
• Identify opportunities for expansion, territory optimization, or service diversification

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing multiple locations, preferably in a service-based franchise or trades environment
• Strong P&L ownership and business acumen
• Proven ability to lead and develop multi‑unit teams
• Experience in residential or commercial services a plus (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, etc.)
• High level of organization, accountability, and leadership presence
• Ability to travel within assigned territory regularly
