Job summary

Axogen is hiring a Helpdesk Support Technician in Vandalia, OH. You will respond to IT requests via ticketing, phone, or remote access, provide daily system maintenance, and act as the primary liaison to Axogen staff.

Your role includes hardware/software troubleshooting, imaging deployments, and collaboration with network/server teams to ensure reliable operations. Qualified candidates will have 5–7 years in a help desk or network admin role, a CS/IT degree or equivalent experience, and

Qualifications

• College degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or 2-4 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to document issues clearly.
• Proven troubleshooting skills across desktop and network problems.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced technical support to local users; troubleshoots software/hardware issues.
• Automates PC setups and software deployments; standardizes imaging.
• Maintains and documents processes; creates user-friendly guides and training materials.
• Works with multiple IT teams to resolve issues and coordinate changes.
• Occasional travel or on-site support for events or office moves.
