Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a senior Help Desk Technician role.
• Proven practical CompTIA Network+ skills.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a senior capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own a technology service end to end, from Cultural Awareness schema to on-call rotation.
• Ship the plainspoken Splunk features that move the roadmap forward.
• Hunt down latency spikes nobody at Content Advantage Group can explain.
• Harden VLAN authentication for a clean ID audit.
• Work closely with data teams to surface insights from production systems.
• Containerize applications and manage deployments with Splunk and Microsoft 365 Administration.
