Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. in Houston, TX is seeking a Supervisor, Heavy Lift & Rigging to plan, coordinate, and oversee the safe movement and positioning of heavy midstream natural gas equipment skids.

The role leads jack-and-slide operations, crane interfaces, and rigging work in manufacturing bays and yards. You will verify weights and CG, ensure lift plans meet engineered specs, mentor riggers and operators, and uphold OSHA and client safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in heavy rigging, lifting, or jack-and-slide operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in oil and gas or heavy industrial settings preferred.
• Familiarity with crane operations and rigging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise jack-and-slide operations for heavy equipment.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, skidding, and final placement.
• Manage hydraulic jacking systems, skid tracks, and rigging gear.
• Verify weights, CG locations, and load paths before execution.
• Ensure setup and inspection of lifting equipment.
• Maintain records of movements and daily activities.
