Job summary

Zachry Group is seeking a rigging and lifting supervisor to lead a crew in handling extremely large or heavy objects. You will supervise craft workers, apply technical installation requirements, and coordinate crane operations to ensure safe, efficient movements.

The role requires experience in rigging and the ability to obtain Zachry ETS signaling certification, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates craft workers to ensure safe, correct, and timely work.
• Apply knowledge of installation requirements from drawings, specs, procedures, and codes.
• Direct crane operator and hoisting engineers to move loads safely.
• Rigging loads using cables, blocks, and grappling devices.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company values.
