Qualifications include 5+ years in civil construction project management, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and strong leadership, communication, and PM software skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimation in civil construction.
• Proven experience in heavy highway construction.
• Excellent ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills; strong client/vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with project management software tools.

Responsibilities

• Managing planning and execution of heavy highway construction projects, on time and within budget.
• Developing project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals and coordinating managers and staff.
• Conducting detailed cost estimations and preparing budgets for labor, materials, and expenses.
• Monitoring progress and providing regular reports on milestones and deliverables.
• Communicating proactively to identify problems, propose solutions, and improve efficiency.
• Reviewing contractual changes with legal teams and negotiating terms with partners.
