Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for a long-standing heavy civil construction firm. The role focuses on managing road and freeway projects, coordinating with architects and subcontractors, and leading teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in civil construction, experience with paving and grading, and proficiency with HCSS Heavy Job. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required, with travel to multiple project

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry with focus on civil construction, land development, paving and grading.
• Proven project management and construction management experience.
• Proficiency in using HCSS Heavy Job software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules to meet constraints.
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Utilize HCSS Heavy Job for estimating, job costing and reporting.
• Resolve project issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
