Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for a long-established heavy civil construction firm. You will lead complex road and freeway projects, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in civil construction, proficiency with HCSS Heavy Job, and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction, focused on civil, paving, grading.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with HCSS Heavy Job software.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Prepare and manage budgets and schedules; ensure on-time completion within constraints.
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Utilize HCSS Heavy Job for estimating, job costing, and reporting.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
