Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in project management and estimation for civil construction
• Proven heavy highway construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong reading of blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and execution of heavy highway construction projects, on time and within budget
• Develop project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals
• Prepare budgets covering labor, materials, and expenses
• Monitor progress and produce detailed milestone reports
• Communicate proactively to identify problems and implement improvements
• Review contract changes with legal teams and negotiate terms with vendors
