Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience on medium/heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks, including engine repair, electronic troubleshooting, HVAC, and chassis repair.
• Kenworth Essentials certifications preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge; Cummins and MX software experience preferred.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with little supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Must provide own tools.

Aufgaben

• Work on medium and heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks in the shop to ensure repairs are accurate and timely.
• Analyze and diagnose complex truck malfunctions or system failures and determine the best corrective action.
• Repair or rebuild components such as cabs, steering, engines, transmissions, axles, differentials, brakes, clutches, electrical and air systems.
• Maintain and service trucks to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with teammates and be a resource for guidance and expertise.
