Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor with civil focus.
• Experience managing civil projects (roadway construction, utilities, drainage, infrastructure).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities for civil projects such as grading, utilities, roadways, and site development.
• Coordinate daily field operations, subs, and self-perform crews to meet schedule and budget.
• Interpret and execute civil plans, specs, and drawings.
• Oversee quality control and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Manage project schedules, logistics, and sequencing of civil work activities.
• Conduct site inspections and safety meetings.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve field issues.
• Promote safety culture across all job sites.
