Job summary

Jobot is a top Heavy Highway contractor in the Greater Philly area with over 50 years of experience. We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site teams and drive project success on heavy civil/highway jobs.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in the field, with 5+ years as a superintendent, familiarity with P6 and HCSS HeavyJob, and a Bachelor’s in Construction Management. OSHA 30 is required. We offer competitive compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with 5+ years as a superintendent.
• Assist with on-site project team to ensure project success.
• Experience running Heavy Civil or Heavy Highway jobs.
• Familiar with P6 scheduling software.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyJob.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site project team to ensure project success.
• Support the superintendent in managing heavy civil/highway projects.
• Coordinate on-site activities and schedule with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site.
