AIS Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Chattanooga, TN to manage cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules for complex heavy civil projects. You will coordinate with project management and field teams, develop baseline schedules, and maintain updates using Primavera P6.

The role requires 10+ years as a scheduler in construction, with 5+ years in Primavera P6 and strong CPM knowledge. Ability to read drawings and work with Pre-Construction on bid schedules is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Scheduler for construction projects, mainly heavy civil/public infrastructure.
• 5+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 experience in construction scheduling.
• PMI-SP, PMP, or AACE certification is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and update cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 for all projects.
• Build and maintain baseline schedules and oversee progress updates and recovery plans.
• Review design, procurement, and construction inputs to establish realistic timelines and logic sequences.
• Meet with project managers and production teams weekly to develop two-week look-ahead schedules and discuss progress and deadlines.
• Prepare schedules for major bids prior to bid due dates.
• Conduct critical path and near-critical path analyses to identify delays and recommend recovery actions.
• Track progress, analyze variances, and forecast schedule impacts.
• Produce planning and scheduling deliverables including progress reports and executive summaries.
• Support time impact analyses for delays and change orders.
• Review subcontractor schedules for logic and accuracy.
• Help standardize scheduling practices across multiple projects.
