Job summary

AIS Infrastructure Group seeks a Master Scheduler in our Chattanooga, TN office. You will coordinate with Project Management to develop, cost-load, and maintain schedules for complex heavy civil projects using Primavera P6. You will collaborate with engineers and field teams to keep schedules accurate and aligned with contracts.

Travel occasional as needed. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years in scheduling for heavy civil/public works, strong CPM knowledge, and the ability to read

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, logic ties, sequencing, cost, and resource loading.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Scheduler for construction projects, preferably heavy civil/public infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 for all projects.
• Build and maintain baseline schedules and oversee progress updates and recovery plans.
• Conduct critical path and near-critical path analysis to identify delays and recovery actions.
• Meet with project managers and teams weekly to develop look-ahead schedules.
• Prepare schedules for major bids prior to bid dates.
