Job summary

Milestone Contractors LP is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and highway projects from planning through closeout. You will direct the full lifecycle, manage budgets, schedules, and risks, and ensure compliance across internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and owner representatives.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of progressive project management experience in heavy/highway construction, with strong contract administration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Milestone values education plus hands-on experience; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end delivery of complex heavy civil and highway projects.
• Maintains project plans, specifications, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change management records.
• Owns project financial performance, budgets, cost controls, and risk management.
• Coordinates utility relocations and approvals to minimize schedule impact.
• Directs cross-functional coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and owner representatives.
