Job summary

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Heavy Highway team in Missouri and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and quality control; coordinating with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors; ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards; and leading project teams toward successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction and heavy civil industry.
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
