Job Juncture seeks a Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead highway, road, and bridge projects in Virginia. You will own the project from planning through closeout, working with field leadership and stakeholders to deliver on schedule and budget.

The role requires 5–10+ years of heavy civil PM experience, solid DOT/VDOT background, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and HeavyJob. Competitive base plus bonus and relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years managing heavy/highway, road, or bridge civil construction projects.
• Track record running medium‑to‑large heavy civil projects as a PM.
• Strong DOT/VDOT, roadway, grading, drainage, paving, or utility background.
• Strong cost control, schedule, contract, and change‑order experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the project from planning through closeout and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead field supervision and project teams; manage owners, agencies, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Submit accurate cost projections, manage change orders, and protect margins.
• Run weekly project meetings and report performance to leadership.
• Issue subcontracts and purchase orders; ensure safety and quality standards.
