Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within heavy civil.
• Expertise in self-perform operations: concrete, earthwork, utilities, mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estimating and design coordination for heavy civil/infrastructure projects.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and execution strategies with operations, design teams and clients.
