Job summary

Jobot in Phoenix is seeking a proven Preconstruction Leader to drive the success of heavy civil and infrastructure projects from concept through construction. You will guide estimating and design coordination, ensuring every project begins with a clear plan for cost, constructability, and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or PM in heavy civil/infrastructure/design-build.
• Strong understanding of self-perform operations in concrete, earthwork, utilities, and mech systems.
• Proven collaboration with owners, design teams, and field leadership.
• Proficiency with estimating and scheduling tools and robust analytical and communication skills.
