Job summary

Harper Brothers Construction LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects in the Plano area, overseeing budgets, schedules, and client relationships. The role focuses on safety, execution excellence, and teamwork across field and office teams.

You will drive project performance from preconstruction to closeout, manage procurement, and lead cross‑functional collaboration to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing construction projects (heavy civil preferred).
• TXDOT/road/bridge/infrastructure experience required; OSHA/trench safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and profitability; forecast and track costs.
• Coordinate with field and office stakeholders to ensure quality and safety.
• Review contracts, scopes, and owner agreements to align with goals.
• Drive risk management, procurement, and long-lead item planning.
• Manage change orders, pay apps, and project billings.
• Lead monthly financial reviews and project reporting.
