Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead heavy civil infrastructure projects in the Rocky Mountain Division, including utilities, highways, bridges, and DOT work. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to drive safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of heavy civil experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record managing multi‑discipline teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing heavy civil construction projects
• Strong background in underground utilities, roadway/highway work, bridges, structures, and DOT projects
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple work streams
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost management
• Comfortable making decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Responsibilities

• Leading heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
• Coordinating with owners, engineers, DOTs, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Overseeing field operations and resolving issues before they become problems
• Ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Providing clear, consistent updates to leadership and project stakeholders
• Using modern project management tools to drive efficiency and accountability
