Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to plan and oversee a wide variety of construction projects from inception to completion. You will hire subcontractors and collaborate with engineers and architects, while tracking equipment and materials inventory.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in heavy civil public and private work, a BS in Construction Management or equivalent, strong computer and communication skills, and outstanding teamwork to keep projects on time and under budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in heavy civil public and private work.
• BS Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Must have good computer and communication skills.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee a wide variety of construction projects from beginning to end.
• Hire subcontractors and collaborate with engineers and architects as needed.
• Keep track of an inventory of equipment and materials.
• Be highly organized, plan ahead and multitask to meet deadlines.
• Keep projects under budget.
