Job summary

MOHR Talent in Denver, CO is seeking a Project Manager with bridge construction experience to lead heavy civil and DOT projects. You will oversee 1-4 projects, coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and public-sector clients, and drive safety, schedule, and profitability from kickoff to closeout.

5+ years of heavy civil PM experience, CDOT exposure, and a track record delivering bridge work are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil PM experience required.
• Bridge construction and CDOT project experience required.
• Experience with DOT, roadway, bridge or public infra projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Viewpoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1–4 heavy civil/bridge projects from startup to closeout.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, PMs, subcontractors and clients.
• Plan field operations, milestones, sequencing and priorities.
• Manage schedules, costs, RFIs, shop drawings and documentation.
• Support with estimating and pricing change orders as needed.
